Shipping Info

Greece

• Shipping fee: 5 € via Speedex Courrier.
• Free delivery all over Greece for orders over 30 €.
• Cash on delivery has an extra fee of 3 €.
• Expected delivery time: 2 days from dispatch.
• Remote regions: + 1–2 days.

Europe & Rest of the World

Your shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country destination.
Please allow 4–10 days for international delivery.

• Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct.
• Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed in case of bad weather conditions or strikes.
• You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Refunds

The charges for returns will be the shipping costs (both for delivery and return shipping), and any fees related to
handling payments by the bank, PayPal, or courier service.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the day we receive the products and the invoice.

Shipping and packaging costs are covered by us only if a return is necessary due to our mistake or fault. In any
other case the return shipping of products to our headquarters remains your responsibility and at your expense.

Before returning the product you should always contact us via e-mail or phone for details of the refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The return item must be received by descentstories.gr within 10 days from the date you receive it.
• The item must have its original tags attached.
• The item must be unworn and in new condition.
• The client is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
